Most ATEN’s USB KVM switches integrate a fully functioning USB hub into a KVM Switch, thereby centralizing control of PC and peripheral functions from a single console. It allows users to share their USB devices, such as printers, scanners, etc during the switching of PC operations. USB KVM not only fulfills the keyboard and mouse needs of USB interfaces, but also supports cross-platform as PC, MAC and Sun systems all support the USB interface.
In addition, ATEN's USB KVM switches are audio enabled, offering audio output of 2 to 4 computers on a single set of speaker or use a microphone.
